There is something just so totally zen about watching Manny bat.
'Cause really, it doesn't even appear that he even gives much thought to
what he's doing when he's up to bat. He just swings and somehow he ALWAYS gets a hit.
He should be on that new list of the Wonders of the World.
Certainly he is a sight to behold.
FYI,
Future HOF'er Manny now has 493 career home runs which ties him with both Lou Gherig and Fred McGriff. He is on his way to 500 career homers which would put him at
# 24 on the list for 500 career home run hitters.
I'm making a prediction that will happen sometime within the next 7 to 10 games.
